Description[]
The man they call Frank is at the estate of Mayor Higgins. John Cooper heads over, not knowing that a certain someone is getting ready for her wedding there.
Loading Story on Start[]
A half hour ride up the mountain from Flagstone lies the newly built estate of Mayor Higgins.
Having come to considerable wealth after certain deals with the DeVitt Company, Higgins has spared no expense to outfit his humble abode with the latest comforts and luxuries.
Recently, the entire estate has been busy with wedding preparations. Mayor Higgins, after years of rebuke, has finally convinced the love of his life to tie the knot.
Unbeknownst to him, however, the bride has her own plans for the big day.
Loading Story on Savegame Load[]
Kate O'Hara has fooled Mayor Higgins into believing she would marry him. Her real objective is gaining entrance to his office, where she wants to retrieve something of great value.
All she needs is a key and an opportunity.
Meanwhile, Cooper and Hector are headed for the mayor's estate as well. Cooper sneaks inside in search for the man they call Frank. He decides to head for the mayor's office.
If things go sideways, he will have to make a swift exit.
