Ross Cooper is the brother of John Cooper. He was an US Marshal and died in the opening cutscene of Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge. John Cooper then sought to avenge his brother's death, the death of Ross was the main plot of Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge.
