Rosie Adams is a recurring non-player character in Desperados III. She plays a minor role in the main game, appearing on Mission 8, One Hell of a Night; her role is expanded and she is the primary driving force behind the story of the DLC.
During Mission 8, if the player knocks down Rosie with Hector at the start of the mission, she'll drop money. If Hector picks it up, he can use it to bait enemies, similarly to McCoy's Doctor's Bag.
