A Woman's Weapons is the seventh chapter in Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive. In it, you take the role of Kate as she leads her team to the train stop in one piece.
Overview[]
This level is a tutorial level for learning how to control Kate. You will learn how to throw poker cards, change outfits, seduce armed gunmen, blind them with a mirror, and how to perform a kick to the face.
Story[]
Following their escape from Baton Rouge, the four arrived at Opelousas to catch the train to El Paso. John anticipated that it would seem to be a simple train boarding, but Doc objected by saying that the sheriff of Opelousas wouldn't be happy to see him. Sam jested, teasing Doc for his misfortune. Seeing no way forward, Kate volunteered herself to lead everyone to the train stop safely.
But before they begin, Kate had to get a new pair of clothes. Seeing a dress hung by a shed, she wanted to get it for herself. John objected, but Kate reminded him of their old game of "Catch the Card". The two got off their horses and got into position.
Using her poker cards, Kate lured the gunman away from his shed and John Knocked him out. Sam came soon after and tied him up. With the situation calm, Kate asked for some privacy. As she was changing her clothes, she noticed Sam eavesdropping on her; she cursed him.
When she was done, the four were reunited. They noticed to the gunman in their way. Kate decided to seduce one of them, while Doc and Sam took care of the horses. As the gunman approached her, John rushed to knock him out. Kate deduced that the second one would not be so amiable towards women. Using her mirror, Kate was able to blind the second gunman and the four rushed out of his sight.
Feeling alarmed by what happened, the second gunman went to the train stop to warn the sheriff of the strange goings-on. Alarmed, the sheriff ordered his man to look around.
With the sheriff but himself, Kate slowly moved towards him and kicked him in the pants. With the sheriff out of action, the other three joined Kate on the platform and the four took the train to El Paso.

Objectives[]
- Use Kate's playing cards to set a trap to lure the rancher right into Cooper's arms. Kate ca then take the dress from the washing line and get changed!
- Use Kate's garter trick to enrich at least one of the two armed men from the front of the barn and round the corner, so that Cooper can put him out of action!
- Use Kate's mirror to dazzle the second armed man at the front of the barn, so that the gang can scoot down the road without being seen!
- Accompany Kate to the station and sneak up on the sheriff from behind; deal him a well-aimed kick in the pants to knock him out of action!
